My cake menu changes based on whats in season and what I’m enjoying/inspired by. However I do keep some of my most popular flavours on. Each cake is individually decorated and the style will vary but if you love a particular style or have something in mind let me know and I will do my best to accomodate you.
Fluffy sponge cake soaked in espresso marsala syrup filled with mascarpone mousse and covered in lightly torched italian meringue
TIRAMISU
Light chocolate sponge cake soaked in kirsch and cherry syrup, filled with chocolate mousse, cream and cherries cooked with kirsch. Covered in more cream and coated in chocolate shards.
BLACK FOREST GATEAU
PUMPKIN SPICE, CREAM CHEESE, BROWN SUGAR BUTTERCREAM
Spiced pumpkin cake filled with cream cheese mousse, salted caramel and coated in torched brown sugar swiss meringue buttercream
Two layers of light spiced carrot cake sandwiched with a baked cheesecake, covered in whipped cream cheese and coated in toasted walnut

CLASSIC CHOCOLATE
Moist sour cream chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and whipped mascarpone cream and covered in my milk chocolate icing. Add salted caramel OR raspberry jam
Fluffy vanilla sponge, custard cream, fresh berries and covered in mascarpone cream.

PISTACHIO, TANGELO, RHUBARB
Fluffy pistachio sponge filled with tangelo mousse and rhubarb jam. Covered in whipped creme fraiche.
sizes & prices
Portions sizes are subjective and do tend to vary depending on what situation you are having the cake in. I have made suggested serving sizes based on each person having a decent sized slice. If you think people will be having smaller pieces then the cakes will feed more people than I have suggested below.
