About me

In 2022 I moved to London and completed the Grand Diplome course at Le Cordon Bleu which included professional training in patisserie and cuisine. Following my course I gained my experience in London’s busy restaurant scene before returning home. Now based in Auckland I am pursuing my passion of bespoke baked goods and catering. I love cooking seasonally from scratch, making the most of New Zealand’s beautiful produce and ingredients.
